Biennial Quilt Show

It’s coming – the event you’ve been waiting for – the 2025 Heart of Georgia Quilt Guild Quilt Show!  It only occurs every other year, so you don’t want to miss it.

More than one hundred quilts will be on display for your viewing pleasure. And not only that, you’ll get to vote for your favorite! Guild members have been, and continue to be, hard at work creating bed quilts, lap quilts, wall hangings, and other fabric art items to display. We guarantee you’ll find something you love. Some of them will be for sale and will be designated with a special tag.

There will be vendors too: Bird House Quilts, Celtic Sisters, Couture Sewing Center, The Basket Case, and Thirty 4 Stitches. And a couple more are in the works! The Guild will have miniature quilts for sale as well as quilted note cards.

Our raffle quilt is always a big draw. This year, it’s called Checkmate Quilt by freespiritfabrics.com. Absolutely gorgeous and sure to catch your eye! Tickets will be available from guild members or at the show. See the picture below.

As always, several of our members will be available doing demonstrations of various techniques.  Feel free to watch and ask as many questions as you like!
